Sound service with two engineers

Sound, lights and two people on the job

We offer the sound and lighting service we use ourselves, with the two engineers from the Els Delai crew: one at the mixing desk and one on stage. PA hire with an engineer in Figueres and the Alt Empordà, on the Costa Brava, for village festivals, concerts, council events and celebrations of up to about 300 people.

• Two engineers all day

  A desk engineer (front-of-house and monitor mix) and a stage technician (set-up, changeovers, troubleshooting).

• Set-up, soundcheck and pack-down

  We arrive early, set up, soundcheck with the musicians and pack everything down when it is over.

• Stage lighting

  Two elevated LED racks on stands, with colours and basic scenes to dress the stage.

• Stands, cabling and multicore

  Microphone and speaker stands, full cabling and a multicore for stages of up to 8 × 6 m.

• One point of contact

Sized for events of up to about 300 people outdoors (more indoors). For bigger crowds or bands needing more channels we tell you plainly and find a solution: extra hired equipment or working with a larger sound company.

What people ask about the sound service

1. What audience does the rig cover?

   Up to about 300 people outdoors, more indoors. If your event is bigger, we tell you straight away and find a solution.

2. What do we need from the organiser?

   Power near the stage (ideally two independent 16 A sockets), a covered, level spot for the mixing desk 15–25 metres from the stage, and vehicle access for unloading.

3. Do you provide sound for other bands or only Els Delai?

   Both. The service is designed for any band, DJ or event. If you book an Els Delai concert, we add it as an extra with a single set-up.

4. How long do you need to set up?

   Between an hour and a half and two hours before soundcheck, depending on the stage. We pack down when the event ends, the same day.

5. How do we book and how is it invoiced?

   Write to us with the date, place, timings and type of event, and we send a fixed quote. The service is paid against an official VAT invoice issued by our management company to the council, organisation or individual.
